Why this exists

repeating problem, finally solved

QuorumDesk was built by an HOA manager. The pattern never changed: a packet that took half a day to assemble arrived a few days before the meeting — and the meeting itself became the place where the board finally opened it. Volunteers with day jobs, handed two hundred pages, learning the association’s business in real time while the clock ran.

QuorumDesk removes that whole cycle. It converts and compiles the month’s documents, parses the agenda into its actual items, and reads the financials closely enough to flag what’s off budget — then turns all of it into a packet a board can genuinely absorb. Directors skim the summary, question the numbers, and ask the manager or the AI before the meeting, not during it.

The result is more than a faster meeting. It’s a better-run association: decisions made by people who arrived understanding them, a manager doing judgment work instead of paperwork, and evenings that end on time. We built it because we lived the problem — and because everyone in that room deserves their time back.
